Comfortable Shoes- wear shoes you can walk A LOT in. This probably isn't the best time to buy a brand new pair of shoes the weekend before. I usually recommend a good pair of shoes and also slides or something comfortable to change into when you get back to the resort.
Extra Socks- you will get wet, either on rides or because of rain. Fresh socks will keep your feet feeling great!
Sunscreen!
Refillable water bottle- water is free throughout the parks!
Sunglasses
Any medicine you take daily, or medicine for allergies- we will have a basic first aid kit, but if you know you need certain things make sure to bring it along.
Poncho- Orlando gets rain almost daily.
A backpack or other bag you can carry things in throughout the day.
Battery Pack for your Phone! All parks use an app to help with planning your day, and taking pics willd drain your battery.
Plane Luggage Info:
Southwest allows you to bring one carry on and one personal item per person.
carry on must be 24"x16"x10" or smaller (think small roller suitcase) and fit in the overhead compartment
personal items include purses, backpacks, tote bags, etc.
3.4 oz liquid items must fit into a 1 quart sized ziploc bag (recommend that all liquids go into your checked bag).
IF YOU TAKE MEDICATION, BE SURE THAT IT STAYS IN YOUR CARRY ON BAG!
No scissors, nail clippers, pointy files, or anything that looks like a weapon should go into your carry on bag.
You will have the opportunity to grab Starbucks, snacks, or other food after we get through security- you cannot go through security with these. Water bottles must be completely empty.
Checked Luggage
You will have the option of checking a larger bag. These are $35 per bag PER FLIGHT.
